The subject matter of the article is the experience of system approach in pedagogy. This approach gives the possibility of the integrity of research objects. The author considers various interpretations of the “system" concept, including the definition given by academician P.K. Anokhin. The paper analyzes components of the system approach in the pedagogy, their structure, functioning, and practical relevance.
