Бесплатный доступ

Settlement of neighbour's legal relationship is necessary for establishment of normal conditions of joint possession and use of persons who can be owners, employers, tenants of the neighbouring land plots and the structures located on them, and also premises, and maintenance of balance of their interests that their rights and freedoms were equally observed and provided. The neighbour's law represents legal the restrictions of the right of possession and use established in interests of certain persons - neighbors (citizens, legal entities, public educations) who are owners of the real estate located in a certain space - within one or several close located real estate objects which are under legal protection of other person. Restrictions are set by instructions of various normative legal acts and customs. Lawful restrictions are set in interests only of certain persons, but not societies in general. Neighbour's legal relationships arise, as a rule, concerning two types of real estate - the land plots, and also structures. It is possible to carry premises to structures - the neighbouring apartments or rooms in a communal flat, and non-residential premises, and other objects.
