The Concept of Joint Activities of Transport Organizations: The History of Formation and Development

The article addresses the problem of defining the concept of “joint activity”, which has been widely misunderstood. The author’s definitions of the concepts are formulated: “joint activity”, “agreement on joint activities”, “agreement on joint activities of transport organizations” with their justification. Particular attention is paid to the relationship between the categories of “simple partnership agreement” and “joint activity agreement” in their historical development. The aim of the work is to define the concepts of “joint activities”, “joint activities of transport organizations”, taking into account the historical and legal context. The object is the process of formation of the concepts of “joint activities”, “joint activities of transport organizations”, the subject is the legal regulation of joint activities. The author seeks to identify the specific features that distinguish joint activities. This work also addresses the provisions of legislation (current and outdated) that regulate joint activities in practice. The article is a theoretical study based on the analysis of both classical and modern sources, as well as the formulation of the author’s definition of the concepts under study.
