The concept, structure and types of electoral law norms

The article notes that legal norms, on the one hand, have unity in terms of their purpose and place in the system of regulating social relations, and on the other hand, regulating a variety of relations, they also have distinctive features, properties that ensure the fulfillment of their specific functions. The combination of the general and the special makes it possible to combine legal norms into groups, including constitutional and electoral ones in particular.
