The term “text” in the interpretation of Russian linguists

Thе tеrm “tеxt” in the works of the most famous Russian linguists is highlighted in this article. The research contains the most important and relevant concepts of the term. The definitions of the term “text” are collected and analyzed in this article. The conclusion about the main ways of researching of the term is made.
