The concept of transnational corporations at the present stage of development of legal science and practice

The article is devoted to some problems arising from the lack of a unified concept of transnational corporations in legal science and practice. The signs of transnational corporations on the basis of which it was suggested the author's definition. Made a number of proposals for regulation of this sector.
