Concept, types and specific features of the sources of secondary European union law

A vital topic of domestic and foreign jurisprudence (sources of law) is supplemented by the analysis of some characteristics of the sources of secondary European Union law, such as regulations, directives, recommendations, and others is considered. Criteria for classification and identification of the sources of European law in general, and on their possible hierarchy are discussed.
