Concepts and terms in the research problem of forming participation culture of future hotel service managers

The significance of participation at the political, social and economic levels of the country is discussed. Formation of participation culture is viewed as a competitive advantage of hotel service managers in the implementation of technological processes of a hotel at the regional and international levels. Scientific researches are analyzed and different opinions in the area of the concepts “culture”, “professional culture” and “participation culture” are discussed. The concepts of “culture”, “professional culture” and “participation culture” are defined. Participation culture of a hotel manager is presented as a type of professional culture determines the level of readiness for collaboration and ability of adaptive participation in technological processes of service at a hotel and adaptation to the needs of the hotel market.
