Amendments that we need: problems with the use of the mechanism of anti-corruption examination of normative legal acts and their projects

The article outlines the concept of anti-corruption expertise. Some shortcomings of the current state of legal regulation of anti-corruption expertise are described. It is noted that the presence of such shortcomings prevents the improvement of efficiency. A suggestion is being made to amend the Methodology for conducting anti-corruption expertise, as well as in the Federal Law “On Anti-corruption Expertise”.
