Subject-objective approach to determining the role of youth

Modern young people have sufficient opportunities for their self-development, as well as for the transformation of the country. A particularly important role in such processes began to play the institutions of civil society in Russia. Civil institutions take on some of the developmental functions of young leaders. But in the dynamically developing «trend for young people», the real role of young people is distorted. Young people, leaders of youth teams become the object of action. The article considers actual opportunities for the self-development of the personality of a young man in the institutions of civil society on the example of the largest public organization in Russia. There are results of a subject-object analysis of the role and place of young people in the activities of public organizations are presented in the article.
