An attempt to protect the rights of lawyers by criminal legal means from the point of view of the Federal chamber of lawyers: they wanted the best, but it turned out as always badly

It is concluded that the presented project is capable of causing the impossibility of its application in practice for the implementation of the goals stated in the explanatory note to it, as a result of which it needs to be reworked.
