Time to solve the entrenched Russian problem

The author discusses investment and construction projects of integrated development for housing construction as a way to solve the housing problem. It is proposed in these projects to use the principle of public-private partnership: the buyer pays its housing construction, and the state – construction of transport, engineering and social infrastructure. Describes the criteria for the selection of projects that could be provided to government support, and measures that support.
