In work the clinical evaluation of brain affection in patients with arterial hypertension and coronary artery disease was done. The comparative analysis of the results of duplex study of major cerebral arteries and brachial artery, transcranial Doppler of patients with this pathology was conducted. Also the appraisal of endothelial mechanism of regulation, reactivity of brain vessels was carried out.
