One of the most important problems in the chemotherapeutic treatment of oncological diseases is chemoinduced polyneuropathy. This complication has a direct impact on the patient's condition, the quality of his life, and the effectiveness of treatment. Since the detection of the first signs of polyneuropathy an adjustment of the treatment regimen is required. For that reason early diagnosis and prevention of polyneuropathy can significantly affect the course of the disease and the outcome of the patient.
