Бесплатный доступ

Results of clinical-radial studies of 218 patients aged from 51 to 75 years and older suffering from multiple myeloma were examined. Radial studies revealed bone lesions in 75,6% of patients including 60% of patients having diffuse-focal disease type, 21% of patients having diffuse type of the disease, 16% of them having multiple-focal type of the disease and 3% of patients having solitary plasmocytoma. Radial semiotics of skeletal injuries in multiple myeloma disease is presented as a result of using standard roentgenography, computed and magnetic resonance imaging of bone marrow and osteoscintigraphy; diagnostic value of each of these imaging methods are demonstrated.
