The order of execution of the decision on administrative deportation from the Russian Federation of foreign citizens or stateless persons: enforcement problems

The article deals with the problem of execution of the decisions on administrative deportation from the Russian Federation of foreign citizens and individuals without citizenship. That problem arises from the absence of maximum permissible procedural deadlines detention of these persons in special institutions in the legislation. The authors analyzed the national legislation and there reveals its inconsistency with the international law guaranteeing protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms, and amendments to the legislation are proposed.
