Procedure of ensuring the right to access to materials of criminal procedural activity in the context of digitalization

The article considers the concept of access of participants in criminal procedural activity to its materials as a guarantee of observing the rights and legitimate interests of the individual in criminal proceedings. The author shows that with the development of digital technologies and expansion of their use in criminal proceedings the participants have the opportunity to a quickly respond to the course of investigation, while ensuring compliance with the principles of criminal proceedings: a reasonable time and adversarial nature of the parties.
