The procedure for determining the terms of the electoral law and the process

The paper analyzes the procedure for determining the terms of the electoral law and the process. The specific rules of their definition are stated, which differ significantly from the common algorithms fixed in other branches of Russian legislation. In this regard, the author proposes to unify the rules for determining deadlines in Russian law, which can contribute to the establishment of uniformity in law enforcement and protection of citizens’ electoral rights.
