A procedure of getting evidences from a suspect

In this article a possibility of getting evidences from a suspect through some investigatory actions such as interrogation, confrontation, examination of evidence at the scene, identification is shown. The author determines factual and legal grounds of interrogation, analyzes some points of view on the evidence issue that exists in legal doctrine, describes a procedure of getting evidence from a suspect. The article points out some legislation gaps that should be filled up.
