Public procurement plays an important role in providing important resources to preschool educational institutions. Kindergartens, first of all, must provide high-quality education, safety and well-being of children, therefore, the procedure for conducting public procurement from a single supplier is especially important. The article considers the procedure for conducting public procurement from a single supplier in state kindergartens on the example of a budget preschool educational institution in Omsk «Kindergarten №. 134 of a combined type».
