Procedure for consideration of criminal cases committed by minors

The article focuses on the study of the procedure for committing crimes by minors. A number of circumstances are revealed that should be taken into account when committing crimes by juvenile offenders, as provided for by criminal procedural legislation. Formal-logical, systemic, structural, comparative methods were used. The provisions and conclusions contained in the article are aimed at ensuring the implementation of legislation on crimes committed by minors.
