Portfolio strategic development corporate economic systems

Management of strategic development of economic systems of corporate type involves the implementation of a number of conditions and restrictions on the dynamics and compensation of environmental factors and the formation of a set of project activities of strategic type to ensure the process of corporate development. One of the tools for the formation of an effective development policy is the construction of a strategic development portfolio, including a set of projects for the development of corporate participants, which requires compliance with many conditions on the portfolio structure, management policy, project balance, etc. The paper presents an analysis of existing approaches to the formation of a portfolio model of strategic development of corporate systems, identifies basic approaches to the structure of the portfolio management methods and the formation of a strategic development portfolio.
