The main issue for consideration of this article is the professional development of the head of a children's educational institution (schools, children's centers, additional education, business schools, general development courses, etc.). This article examines the manager's porter (his professional and personal qualities), identifies the main problems he encounters during the workflow, and also identifies the need for development for the proper organization of external and internal processes of an educational institution.
