This article observes Neolithic complexes of Amur Sanatoriy settlement near Khabarovsk. Stone artifacts and ceramics, obtained in excavations of A.P. Okladnikov in 1959, are presented in detail for the first time. The materials of Mariinsk, Malyshevo, Condon, Voznesenovskoe cultures of Petropavlovsk cultural and chronological type of Lower Amur Neolithics are identified and systematized.
