The authors publishes materials of the Gagary III settlement which was eponymous for the Eneolithic monuments of the Gagary type in the Perm Ural region distinguished by Bader. Those archaeological sites have become subsequently characterized as parts of the Novoiliynsk Eneolithic culture located in the basin of the Kama river. The article analyzes the ceramic complexes and stone implements of the Novoiliynsk cultural circle and the Garinsk culture. The traces of brass foundry are marked and connected with the Garinsk cultural and chronological enclave. The Eneolithic Novoiliynsk cultural circle population's living constructions (Gagary III, Ust-Ocher I) were long buildings located under one roof and divided into two large rectangular chambers. Due to the lack of stratigraphic data on the connection between the Novoiliynsk antiquities with the traces of the Eneolithic non-ferrous metallurgy production the author puts the question of dating the monuments of that cultural circle as the Late Neolithic ones (the late V -the first half of the IV millennium BC). The author defines the objectives for further research of the Novoiliynsk antiquities which should focus on the study of their genesis and on the determination of internal chronology of the phenomenon. The attention is paid to the study of the relationship and evolution of the Novoiliynsk and the Bor (Chastinsk) monuments in the Middle Kama region.
