The problem of countering threats to the administration of justice remains almost obscured in the theory of criminal law, despite the fact that the practice of applying the relevant criminal law prohibitions reveals some controversial issues that require a radical solution. This article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the problem of countering threats to the administration of justice arising from persons with power in this area. As a result of the study, the range of internal threats to relations in the administration of justice is defined, their classification is carried out, the types of the victim in the relevant compositions of crimes are determined, socially dangerous methods of influence on the participants of these relations and their relatives are established. The study revealed a number of significant shortcomings of the legislative definition, theory and practice of criminal law on the responsibility of officials involved in the administration of justice for a number of crimes, namely: a significant number of participants in relations on the implementation of criminal justice remain outside the criminal law protection from arbitrariness on the part of officials vested with power in this area; the legislator does not quite successfully describe the options themselves for possible impact on victims, in particular, in article 302 of the criminal code; the title of this article refers only to the coercion to give evidence, while the content of its disposition also refers to the coercion of an expert or specialist to give an opinion, etc...
