Encroachment on the life of law enforcement officers (article 317 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)

In this article, we have investigated the current problems related to the qualification of this crime. Given the difficulties that arise in the theory of criminal law, the reproduction of legitimate measures to curb violations of the lives of law enforcement officers and their loved ones is sometimes not carried out properly with proper imputation. To solve these problems, it is necessary to carry out a more thorough and comprehensive study of each specific case of violation of the lives of law enforcement officers and their loved ones. It is also necessary to ensure a clearer and more correct attribution of the relevant crimes in order to ensure adequate prosecution and punishment of the perpetrators. Current problems related to the qualification of crimes against the life of law enforcement officers and their loved ones require careful study and the development of appropriate measures to curb them. Improving imputation procedures, carrying out additional security measures and a more thorough investigation of each specific case will make it possible to effectively combat this crime and protect the lives of law enforcement officers and their loved ones.
