Consequences of use of insider information: disadvantages of the laws of the Russian Federation and experience of the USA

In this article, the problems of the legislative base of the Russian Federation in respect of insider trading are considered. The shortcomings of the practical application of the regulatory mechanism are estimated. A mechanism of law enforcement regarding insider transactions in the USA is described.
