Consequences of the appearance of a person recognized unknown or announced to be dead

The article investigates the question of the consequences of the appearance of a person recognized as missing or declared dead. The procedure for recognizing a citizen as missing or declared dead is considered in detail: the terms of consideration of the received application, the procedure for filing, as well as the persons who have the right to such an appeal to the court. The consequences of the discovery of a citizen who was declared deceased, as well as the issue of returning property to such a person, have been studied.
