Consequences of invalidity of transactions: state of legal regulation and problems of application of civil legislation

The relevance of the work lies in the fact that in law enforcement practice it is important to resolve issues related to the recognition of transactions as invalid and the determination of their consequences, since the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens is one of the main tasks of the legislator. The author comes to the conclusion that currently in this area there is no unified approach to regulating the consequences of invalidating transactions.
