Patients are divided into groups depending on the urgency of intervention. The first group - 102 (59,6%) patients, operated in the scheduled order, the second - 69 (40,4%) patients, which operations are executed under urgent indications. Middle age was 65,8±6,4 years. Diameter АМ fluctuated from 3,5 up to 11 sm. 94 (54,9%) patients suffered from Ischemic heart disease. The general lethality at scheduled operations was 5,9%, urgent - 20,3% of cases. The most frequent fatal postoperative complications were cardiac and renal complications. More than 70% of patients had in intraoperative period and in early postoperative period cardiac complications. Come at 4,6% of patients acute renal insufficiency, in 50% has ended by fatal outcome. The lead analysis of results of operative treatment has revealed, that quantity of postoperative complications including fatal, is in direct dependence on urgency of operation and heaviness of an accompanying pathology. Therefore the special role in improvement of results of operative treatment АМ are play measures, directed on revealing of initial risk factors, early prediction of possible operational complications and their preventive maintenance.
