Decision of the European Court on Human Rights: problems of regulatory regulation in Russia

The article examines the problems of implementing the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights in Russia. It is determined which right is of great importance, whose norms have a higher priority. The problems of implementation of the ECHR judgments in the Russian legislation are being studied. The role of the ECHR and the Convention on the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms at the present stage is examined.
