The decision of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation of July 14, 2015 № 21-II as the solution of the problems of implementation of the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights

This work is devoted to the analysis the interaction of the legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and decisions of the European Court of human Rights in the context of the dialogue between Russia and the West. The author examines the decision of the Constitutional Court, which raises the problem of the possibility of execution of decision the European Court of Human Right.
