This article discusses the role of the decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation (SC RF) and the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation (CC RF) as important sources of regulatory regulation in the arbitration process. The author analyzes the influence of these bodies on the formation and application of arbitration procedures, emphasizing their role in establishing the interpretation of legislation and making decisions on issues related to the resolution of economic disputes. The article also examines the practical aspects of the application of the decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in the arbitration activities of judges, as well as their importance for ensuring uniformity and stability of judicial practice in the field of arbitration. In conclusion, the author emphasizes the relevance and importance of using these sources when considering cases in the arbitration courts of the Russian Federation.
