A post-industrial modernisation of Russia: problems and perspectives

Two types of modernization, both industrial and post-industrial, are scrutinized in the article. Resting on the facts the author shows that some substantial tasks of the industrial modernization have not been solved in Russia up to the present day; at the same time there exists an urgent necessity to make a break-through on the strategkal guidelines of the post- industrial modernization. According to the author of the article the tasks of the two types of industrialization are closely connected with each other, therefore variants of their simultaneous solution should be searched for
