The article presents a deep analysis of the problem of post-orphanage support of children-orphans and children left without parental care. It gives the results of the study of professional difficulties and demands of the employees of orphanages who try to create a system of post-orphanage support of orphans and children left without parental care. Besides, it provides recommendations for the design of educational programs for training experts in post-orphanage support services.
