Contrast sauna procedures on the morning, at midday and at the evening, after the exhausting workout, raise the recovery reactions, defined as “immediate” (in first 30 min of restitution) and “delayed” (on the morning of the next day). “Immediate” reactions speed up the normalization of haemodynamics, breathing, powerproduction and precise sensomotoric coordination. “Delayed” reactions, revealed after midday and evening sauna, raise the physical efficiency.
