As a result of the socio-economic transformations of the last decade and the accelerated pace of development of innovations, the adult population has been faced with the need to improve their skills and receive professional retraining. The outdated educational model does not allow the adult population to receive quality services of additional professional education. There is a need to develop theoretical and methodological foundations and technologies for organizing a holistic and effective educational process for adult learners. To date, the theory and practice of working with adult students is concentrated in such an area of scientific knowledge as andragogy, the relevance of the content of which is now rapidly increasing. This article provides a theoretical and methodological basis for the development of an andragogical model of vocational training for an organization's personnel, and also discusses the concept and technologies for building a holistic process of vocational education for adults.
