The article discusses the issues of value-oriented real estate management. The relevance of the topic is due to the increased volatility of the commercial real estate market in 2014-2018, which required the creation of new tools for making informed and balanced management decisions. The author analyzes the indicators of cost-oriented real estate management and gives recommendations on their application.
