Construction and analysis of a generalized model for the dynamics of macro-components development (by the example of the Jewish autonomous region)

Having used the J. Forester's approach, we have constructed the dynamics macro-components generalized model of regional development. Our model is a system of differential equations, with a small number of the variables: population, capital, resources and pollution. The analytical and numerical research of this system has been conducted. The bifurcation diagrams for a wide range of control parameters are constructed to identify the conditions for sustainable development of the region. We have estimated the model's parameters of regional development current dynamics, and its three possible scenarios are offered.
