Building an efficient time resource management system in an organization

The construction of a system for managing temporary stocks in organizations that are specifically dependent on waste and scrap of ferrous metals has been excluded. Optional definitions are given for emerging terms. As a basis, the twelve-hour working day of each shift leader in the three brigade selected organizations was taken as a basis. Some of the main methods for estimating time are described, such as: timekeeping, photography of the working day, photogronomation and the method of instantaneous sources. The analysis of the parameter "photo of the working day" in the Kemerovo region in the city of Novokuznetsk was carried out. The main types of work were identified, where temporary losses are traced. The discovered data are analyzed and problems of organizations and suspicions among the teams are identified. The main tools of lean manufacturing are described. The choice of tools for reducing the waste of working time of the preliminary analyzed organization as Kaizen and the system for organizing the rationalization of the workspace is proposed and argued.
