Creating a personal and professional strategy for educational activities: experience of working with graduate students

It is shown that currently a professional teacher needs to navigate a wide range of existing concepts, strategies and means of education and develop an individual strategy for solving educational tasks. The presence of an individual strategy demonstrates a high level of development of methodological thinking of the teacher. The formed concept sphere of educational activity and personal and professional strategy provide conceptualization of professional behavior. The article presents the experience of working with undergraduates to build a personal and professional strategy for educational activities.
