The construction of optimal system of compensation and remuneration of the staff at the enterprise

The economy and sociology of labor play an important part in improving the efficiency and productivity of the production. Many socio-psychological, social and economic factors to varying degrees affect the productivity of employees, their loyalty to the organization, their readiness to intensify work and develop new forms of employment. The effectiveness of the remuneration system itself on the example of a manufacturing enterprise, based on open data was given. In the course of study the optimality of the constructed system, its impact on the efficiency of employees ' work and labor organization were analyzed. As the main methodological approach was chosen cost approach, the ratio Samplitude, the coefficient of wages measuring, central indicator of the efficiency of payroll, the benefit / cost ratio of living labor and advancing coefficient on the example of the concrete enterprise were calculated. Despite a sufficiently large amount of the research in the field of analysis of motivation and incentive systems at enterprises, the verification of the research the data, exemplification at specific enterprise made it possible to clarify the conditions and specifics of the distribution of the wage fund for both a specific production and for the industry as a whole, which is of great economic importance for strategic development. Based on the calculations and analysis, the recommendations on the need to take into account macroeconomic processes and problem points of the existing wage system were given, which allowing to develop the tools for its improvement, directly related to the labor efficiency of each employee and the organization as a whole.
