Building an optimal strategy for production and economic activities of an oil company in the Russian Federation

The problem of optimal management of production and economic activities was solved on the example of the public joint-stock company Oil Company Rosneft. The algorithm presented in the work allows to solve the problem taking into account the factor of labor force efficiency. The solution is found using a combination of analytical and numerical methods. As a result, the optimal trajectories of balanced development were obtained. It was revealed that the production and economic activity of the company already demonstrates the application of a strategy close to the optimal one, in connection with which the transition to the optimal trajectory is carried out within 3 years. In the transition period, the priority is to develop the factor of the effective volume of labor resources. It was found that the optimal distribution of investments between fixed assets and an increase in the effective volume of labor resources in the company allows to increase the gross volume of production by 2025 by 2.6 times.
