The article analyzes the construction of a personnel motivation system using such a tool as a balanced scorecard "Balanced Scorecard", considers the main goals of key performance indicators, the main elements of the personnel motivation system and the division of incentives. The concepts of motive and stimulus and what are their differences are revealed. Special attention is also paid to material and non-material incentives and rewards.
