Posttraumatic regeneration of bone tissue (part 2)

The facts about peculiarities of morphofunctional organization of bone tissue cells and changes in case of osteohistogenesis found with the help of modern investigation methods are analysed in the article. There are quite contradictory opinions about osteoblast capabilities for proliferation, about practicability of osteoblasts in osteoclasts differentiation. The author accentuates that study of regularities of posttraumatic osteohistogenesis from a position of tissue cell differoned organization has a great potential in solving some urgent questions of field and traumatic surgery and ortopedy.
