The article sets the task of determining the potential and development trends in the export of agricultural products to enter international markets, as the basis for effective development. In modern conditions, every successful company comes to think about making such a serious decision for its further development as expanding the product boundaries and entering foreign markets. The process of entering foreign markets is accompanied by many risks associated with tough international competition, and requires careful marketing research. Due to the unfavorable political situation, this process is complex and requires a more careful approach to the study of the external environment, the choice of a sales market and, accordingly, to develop a strategy for entering a specific foreign market, taking into account all its characteristics.
