Multicultural (interethnic) harmony potential of ethnopolitical management

The article examines the theoretical and methodological study of the concept of “ethnopolitical management” and the definition of its role in the formation of inter-ethnic harmony of the multinational community. The idea develops in the work that in the context of the formation of a new political and managerial paradigm providing for the decentralization of power, the role of ethno-political management, based not on the administrative regulation of socio-political processes, but on the methods of direct and representative democracy, increases. In conclusion, the problems of preservation and development of inter-ethnic harmony acquire special relevance in the context of Russia’s national security, which provides for sustainable consolidation of all actors in society. The success of solving these problems largely depends on the effectiveness of the use of ethnopolitical management - a system for managing the sphere of interethnic relations, represented by a set of technologies used mainly at the regional and local levels. The results obtained can be used in scientific developments concerning theoretical and methodological issues of ethnopolitical management, as well as in political and managerial practice, regulating the issues of interethnic interaction through the use of political management technologies.
