The possibilities of modern educational technologies in teaching the course “Professional ethics of lawyers” from the point of view of the theory of contextual learning are considered. The advisability of application of forms of the organization of educational activity modeling subject and social contexts of professional activity of lawyersin the students' professional training is proved.
