Potential territorial mobility of Perm young people

Young people`s identification with a settlement is an important factor determining their potential territorial mobility. The identification, in turn, depends on the demand potential of young people, and is dominated by emotional identification with the city of Perm. But their real integration to the urban life is negligible, due to the contradiction between the needs and targeting of young people and possibilities of their implementation. Young people are not satisfied with the content of education, with the mismatch between the level of education and specialization, the conditions for leisure activities, etc. The study of the reasons for potential territorial mobility of different groups of young people and the possibility for their removal has made possible to conclude that students of senior school and students of universities are the most potentially mobile. The author proposes measures for youth social policy correction in order to prevent or decrease youth migration.
